The PTA Volunteer Program is one of the best ways that parents can support the students and staff at our school.

Please review the brief descriptions of each volunteer area and indicate your preliminary interests. Your contact information will then be forwarded to the PTA board member or committee chair that is pulling together that activity and they will be in touch with you.

Help beautify our teacher's lounge with new paint and sprucing up on a Saturday morning.

Garden Clean Up/ Campus Beautification Day - DATE TBD
Join us for a hands-on morning to restore our school grounds! We are looking for parents and families to help weed garden beds, clear overgrown paths, and give a fresh coat of paint to needed areas. All you need is a willingness to get your hands dirty; we will provide gloves, basic tools, and a brief orientation. It’s a great opportunity to improve our campus while connecting with Dragon families and making a visible difference for our students.

Book Fair Cashier 5/26-5/29/26
We are seeking volunteer cashiers so our librarian can focus on helping students find appropriate books for their interest and reading levels during the book fair (lunch time and afterschool until 3:15p)—your help will make checkout smooth and enjoyable for everyone!

Decor committee member
The decor chair lead would reach out to you to help decorate events (Big Boo in Oct, jog-a-thon in March, Open house in May). So commitment would be half hour to hour of your time a couple times throughout the year.

Flexible; done as your schedule is able - Our yearbook coordinator needs help capturing pictures of all the great things that happen at Ladera! Coordinate with the yearbook coordinator which days you can help take pictures
