Have pop up (EZ UP) tents we can borrow? Please drop off in the MPR at school between Oct 17-23, 2025 and pick up after event to take home. Make sure to label your Tent!

Lend extension cords to be used for the event. Drop off in the MPR at school between October 17-23, 2025 and take home after event. Make sure to label your cords clearly.

Help do 'day of' set up for the festival on Oct 24, 2025. Set-up will start around lunch time on Oct 24 and will be ongoing throughout afternoon until the starting of the event so come when you are able and for how long you are able.

Bring your decorated car to participate in the Trunk or Treat! *All cars need to be in place no later than 4:30 pm.* The cars will be parked on the grass against the backstop in the 1st & 2nd grade playground. You must be at your car to help pass out the candy from 7:00 - 7:30/45pm. ** Candy will be donated for handing out, but cars are responsible for their own decorations **

At 6:30 make sure every car in the Trunk-or-treat area has candy and/or other small treats to pass out. Once line starts will monitor the cars and help refill any cars needing more treats.

Start gathering kids to line up at 6:50p for Trunk-or-treat. At 7pm the line can start to go and you will direct the kids which way to walk, as well as hand out a bag to any kid who doesn't already have one.

Help sell entry wristbands to the Big Boo & concession tickets. *You can sign up for both shifts if you like*

Monitor the carnival booths for if they need more prizes and if so refill them. * You can do both shifts if you would like *

Strong people to oversee the inflatables during event to monitor the line and assist kids out of the inflatable when needed (sometimes kids get stuck and need help off). *You can volunteer for both shifts if you like *

Help apply halloween themed temporary tattoos. Supplies will be at station for you. *You can volunteer for both shifts if you like*
