Help do 'day of' set up for the festival on Oct 23, 2026. Set-up will start around lunch time on Oct 23 and will be ongoing throughout afternoon until the starting of the event so come when you are able and for how long you are able.

Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat
Host a car for Trunk or Treat! *Arrive 4:30-5pm. MUST park BY 5pm.* Park on the grass by the 1st & 2nd grade playground. Trunk-or-Treat will be open the entire event so please have someone stay at your car to pass out candy. If you need to step away for a moment; set out treats or close your trunk to indicate to people to skip. *Candy will be supplied to hand out, but cars are responsible for their own decorations *

¡Participa en el Trunk or Treat con tu coche decorado! Llega entre las 4:30 y las 5:00 p. m. Debes estacionar antes de las 5:00 p. m.* Estaciona en el césped, cerca del área de juegos de primer y segundo grado. Make sure every car in the Trunk-or-treat area has candy and/or other small treats to pass out. Replenish cars bucket from PTA's stock when needed.

Trunk or Treat Line Monitor | Monitor de la fila
Monitor the Trunk-or-Treat area to ensure people line up when area gets crowded to help ensure flow. Mark peoples wristbands as they go through to ensure people go through only once. Give out treat bags as necessary if someone doesn't have one.

Strong people to oversee the inflatables during event to monitor the line and assist kids out of the inflatable when needed (sometimes kids get stuck and need help off). *You can volunteer for both shifts if you like *

This is a wonderful opportunity to support your child’s grade level and help create a fun, memorable experience for all students. Volunteers will help with set up and clean up, manage game play, distribute prizes, and ensure a safe, engaging environment. Whether you can spare 30 minutes or the entire event, your help makes a huge difference. Please sign up below to indicate your availability and preferred role.
